SPECIAL NOTICE: If your passport was issued by one of the following countries you must first obtain an authorization from the Chief of Zambia Immigration before we are able to submit to the Zambia Embassy for issue of visa. Allied Passport and Visa, unfortunately, cannot assist you obtaining this authorization:

For current information on the consular fees for your visa please call (888) 975 4321 to speak with a travel document specialist. The specialist will "check in and review" your application and instruct you as which office to overnight your application.

BEFORE YOU GO TO ZAMBIA:
- Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the completion of this trip
- Your passport must have at least one blank visa page for entry and exit stamps
- Your stay may be extended at local immigration for no more than 30 days
- Two completed Zambia visa applications
- Three passport type photos (please sign back of each photo)
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- One invitation letter from Zambia host
- One business letter
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
TOURIST REQUIREMENTS FOR ZAMBIA VISAS:
- Two completed Zambia visa applications
- Three passport type photos (please sign back of each photo)
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- One copy of hotel arrangements
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
