REFUND POLICY
International Passport Visa makes every effort to assure that your visa or passport is returned to you completed on time. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a refund subject to terms and conditions of our service fees. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
International Passport Visa is not responsible for documents lost or damaged during transit by FedEx or any other mail carriers, for damages or delays caused by an act of God (ie weather-based delays), or problems caused by the consulars or other passport agencies that are beyond our control.
International Passport Visa has the reserves the rights to refuse service and will return documents with refund subject to terms and conditions by money order. Please allow up to 14 days for refund.
