Processing Instructions
For current information on the consular fees for your visa please call (888) 975 4321 to speak with a travel document specialist. The specialist will "check in and review" your application and instruct you as which office to overnight your application.
BEFORE YOU GO TO PHILIPPINES:
- Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the completion of this trip
- Your passport must have at least two "quarter pages" for entry and exit stamps
- Your stay may be extended at local immigration for no more than 59 total days
- One completed and notarized Philippines visa application
- Two passport type photos (please sign back of each photo)
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- One business letter
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
TOURIST REQUIREMENTS FOR PHILIPPINES VISAS:
- One completed and notarized Philippines visa application
- Two passport type photos (please sign back of each photo)
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
