Fully completed online form: Visa e-Application Form

Follow the step by step online instructions. Your application must be submitted online and the appropriate Consular fee paid for by credit card online. When confirmed, print a copy of your “Visa Acknowledgment Slip” “Visa Payment Slip” and Payment receipt from Google Checkout, then mail all three to IPV for processing. Failure to fully complete the visa application form will delay processing the visa.

The embassy will charge $20 processing fee per application or $85 if the application is needed on a rush basis. These fees are to be paid separately through IPV.

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR NIGERIA Visa Service:

• One completed Nigeria visa application 
• One passport type photo
• Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
• If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
• One copy of flight itinerary
• One business letter 
• Completed Credit Card Authorization form 
  

 TOURIST REQUIREMENTS FOR NIGERIA Visa Service:

• One completed Nigeria online visa application 
• One passport type photo
• One copy of your hotel arrangements or other proof of lodgings
• Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
• If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
• One copy of flight itinerary
• Completed Credit Card Authorization form  
  

 STR (SUBJECT TO REGULATION) NIGERIA Visa Service Requirements:

• Four completed Nigeria visa applications 
• Four passport type photos
• Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
• Four copies of employment offer letter
• Four copies of employment acceptance letter
• Four copies of resume, degrees and other related certifications (does not need to authenticated)
• Four copies of Nigerian Immigration Approval Quota
• If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
• Completed Credit Card Authorization form
