NOTES FOR INDONESIA VISAS:
To initiate and to expedite the process of the Authorization, it is advisable that the sponsor/individual/organization in Indonesia submit the request for the applicant's authorization from the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As there would be considerable amount of time needed for the process, we strongly suggested that the applicant apply for a visa as early as possible. It may take two weeks or longer before such permission been granted (or denied). Visitor who enters these regions without permission is subject to arrest, detention, and will be prosecuted according to Indonesian law.

For current information on the consular fees for your visa please call (888) 975 4321 to speak with a travel document specialist. The specialist will "check in and review" your application and instruct you as which office to overnight your application.

- Two passport type photos
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- One business letter
- One DFW Passport Center order form
TOURIST REQUIREMENTS FOR INDONESIA VISAS:
- Two completed Indonesia visa applications
- Two passport type photos
- One copy of proof of financial ability (bank statement)
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
