Processing Instructions
For current information on the consular fees for your visa please call (888) 975 4321 to speak with a travel document specialist. The specialist will "check in and review" your application and instruct you which office to overnight your application.
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR BURMA VISAS:
- Two completed Burma visa applications
- Three passport type photos
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- One copy of "Work History" (will download with application
- One copy of "Report of Arrival" (will download with application)
- One business letter
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
