For current information on the consular fees for your visa please call (888) 975 4321 to speak with a travel document specialist. The specialist will "check in and review" your application and instruct you which office to overnight your application.
Tourist Visa
- An Electronic Visa is available for U.S. travelers arriving in Bahrain for a stay up to two weeks. For further information see Bahrain E-Visa
- Submit your U.S. Passport, must be signed and valid six months beyond stay.
- 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
- 1 Passport-type photograph required
- One DFW Passport Center order form
- Letter from applicant addressed to: "Visa Section, Embassy of Bahrain" explaining purpose of travel to Bahrain, brief itinerary, and the applicant's responsibility for all travel expenses.
- Copy of return/onward tickets or airline itinerary
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
- Applications for minors must be accompanied by a notarized letter of travel consent from BOTH parents and a photocopy of BOTH parents passports.
Business Visa

- The purpose of travel and nature of duties to be performed;
- A business reference in Bahrain to be visited;
- Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation.
- The letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.
