Add Passport Pages
You may add pages to your passport. After four bundles have been added to your passport you may be required to renew you passport. If your passport expires in 18 months or less please consider renewing your passport.

- One completed pre application for new passport CLICK HERE
- An International Passport Visa letter of authorization
- Flight itinerary if you departure is less than 2 weeks
- Your actual passport.
- Completed Credit Card Authorization form
- Forward all of the above to International Passport Visa
