Frank Moss
With over 30 years of U.S. Dept of State experience, Frank's last position was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Passport Services in Washington DC. Mr. Moss many responsibilities included expanding the operating capacity of Passport Services to more than 17 million passport applications per year.
Ambassador Morris Busby
As former Ambassador to the Republic of Colombia, Ambassador Busby led a large and complicated diplomatic mission, which included a variety of United States Government Agencies. Ambassador Busby was the United States Government's senior international counter-terrorism official for three years and directed United States international counter-terrorism efforts. Ambassador Busby served as President Reagan's Roving Ambassador and Special Envoy to Central America where he worked with the presidents of the region on the Central American Peace Process.
Sam Taylor

The senator has been involved in many projects serving Utah education and is involved in other Utah organizations, such as the Ogden Weber Applied Technology Center, DATC, Antelope Island State Park, the Air Force Museum at Hill Air Force Base, Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theater and the Freeport Center.
